Complaint we have not received the fan heater we ordered.

We ordered a fan heater from you in February, we had an email from Everi on 28th February, saying they had got the parcel, and would let us know when it was out for delivery. We have still not received it. Can you help?

Faulty heated throw

Heated throw. Im so disappointed in heated throw. Worked twice then nothing. Went a d changed it in sire in St Helen's and yet again it worked twice and then nothing. Im 76 years old. Didn't expect this. Now i have to get bus again tomorrow. Want a refund. No more chances. Obviously these are faulty

Missing item.

Tjhughes - Missing item.
Black glass table, solid frame. Excellent condition couldn't believe I put it together myself. Instructions in the box, but didn't see it because I.did the chairs first then table.
